Weekly Round-Up

This week has been filled with lots of Star Wars news so let us just get straight to them! Our cover this week features the known-to-date cast of the upcoming Han Solo Anthology Film to which, as we all found out this week, Emilia Clarke has been added. From left to right: Donald Glover who will be portraying Lando Calrissian, Alden Ehrenreich who will be young Han Solo and Emilia Clarke (her character is yet unknown).

  • Star Wars: Rogue One World Premiere Set For December 10 (ScreenRant)
  • STAR WARS: Force For Change launches second UNICEF kid power mission featuring Ashley Eckstein! (Force For Change)
  • A Miyazaki classic influenced The Clone Wars supervising director Dave Filoni and the creation of a new Star Wars icon (StarWars.com)
  • Emilia Clarke joins the Han Solo stand-alone film (StarWars.com)
  • Darth Maul gets a new ‘Star Wars’ comic book (USA Today)
  • Disney Reveals New Details and Images of Star Wars and Avatar-Themed Lands at Disney World (ENews)

And if all that wasn’t exciting enough, we post here a Featurette from the Star Wars channel that really sets us in the mood for the ever approaching Rogue One premiere!

This week’s Fan Art also relates to Rogue One and it’s Jyn Erso by Kittrose:

I love that in this art the colours are much softer than we usually see in trailers as well as a hint of personal touch to Jyn’s face! I also love her scarf here! You can check Kittrose’s amazing artworks on Tumblr and DeviantArt. We will be posting Rogue One related Fan Arts of the week only prior to the Premiere for we all should be getting into Rogue One spirit by now 😉

Have a great day and

MTFBWY.
